Servicedesk is part of UCPH IT, and offers IT support to everyone at the University of Copenhagen.

Servicedesk supports the university on the subjects of telephony, ID cards and the administrative IT systems.

You can find a lot of useful information about IT in the employeeguide at KUnet. To access KUnet you need a UCPH Username and password.

The local servicedesk supports PC workstations in the University Administration - and offers support on all UCPH´ joint IT-systems.
